Wang Linggui, Executive Vice Chairman of the National Institute for Global Strategy attended "Lianyungang Forum • Think Tank Sub-forum"
Sponsored by the Ministry of Public Security, co-organized by the Public Security Department of Jiangsu Province, undertaken by Lianyungang Public Security Bureau, the 3rd Lianyungang Forum was grandly opened in December 2017. Among them, Lianyungang Forum • Think Tank Sub-forum, co-sponsored by the Secretariat of Lianyungang Forum, the Research Institute of Modern Policing of the Ministry of Public Security, and Randy International Think Tank, is the highlight. Wang Linggui, Executive Vice Chairman of the National Institute for Global Strategy, was invited to attend and made a keynote speech.
The forum focused on “Jointly Build a Community with a Shared Future in Law Enforcement and Security”. Topics like “Building a Think Tank Forum to Help Global Security Governance”, “Strengthening Exchange of Think Tanks and Discussing Cooperation in International Law Enforcement” and “Transforming the Achievements of the Forum and Sharing Experiences in Security Governance” were discussed in depth.
At the forum, Wang Lingui, along with other participating experts and scholars, made wonderful speeches on the theme of “Jointly Build a Community with a Shared Future in Law Enforcement and Security” and put forward many innovative ideas, proposals, countermeasures and suggestions which contain many important meanings of inspiration and reference.
At the end of this forum, the Secretariat of Lianyungang Forum, the Research Institute of Modern Policing of the Ministry of Public Security, and Randy International Think Tank put forward an initiative to establish a think tank for Lianyungang Forum.
